When ophthalmologist and entrepreneur Eunice Maya Kohara, D.O. set out to establish a fully equipped ophthalmology center in Culver City, CA, she envisioned a space that would enhance the experience for both doctors and patients. However, traditional medical offices often suffer from inefficient layouts and outdated designs. The challenge was to create a modern, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment that aligned with the values and culture of her practice.
Our team took a holistic approach to the design, carefully considering doctor and patient needs, ergonomics in exam rooms, and the overall flow of movement within the space. By optimizing traffic patterns and collaborating closely with Dr. Kohara, we ensured that every aspect of the interior architecture reflected her vision. The result is a seamlessly designed facility that prioritizes functionality, comfort, and flexibility.
The completed ForeSight Ophthalmology Center is a state-of-the-art medical space that elevates the patient experience while providing doctors with an intuitive and efficient work environment. From the walkability of the neighborhood to the ergonomics of light switches, every detail has been thoughtfully considered—delivering a medical office that blends innovation, practicality, and modern design.
