The Brookhollow office building in Santa Ana presented a unique challenge—adapting its existing structure to accommodate diverse tenant needs in a post-COVID-19 landscape. Maximizing square footage while maintaining privacy was a top priority, alongside critical accessibility and ADA upgrades. Additionally, an entrance expansion was needed to enhance accessibility and create a more welcoming arrival experience.
Our team strategically leveraged the building’s access from three different elevations to improve functionality and tenant flow. We redesigned the floor plan to support various tenant types, prioritizing both privacy and efficiency. Close collaboration with the owners ensured our solutions aligned with their vision, while the new main entrance addition significantly improved accessibility and provided a refined, inviting entryway.
The result is a revitalized office environment that seamlessly blends adaptability, accessibility, and modern design. With enhanced ADA compliance and optimized layouts, Brookhollow Offices now meets the evolving needs of its tenants, standing as a testament to our expertise in commercial space transformation.
