The My Third Place LA project was an exciting opportunity to create a vibrant co-working space and coffee shop in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. The space needed to be designed and built on the first floor of a historic building, and it had to meet the high standards of the owner, celebrity chef and entrepreneur Norman Kai Lee.

Our team worked closely with Norman Kai Lee to bring his vision for the My Third Place LA project to life. The final design included a range of amenities for professionals, including conference rooms, phone booths, desks, community tables, dedicated desks areas, and a quiet room. The co-working space was designed to be a welcoming and productive environment for professionals, while the coffee shop offered a range of delicious drinks and snacks to fuel productivity.

The completed My Third Place LA is a one-of-a-kind destination that combines a co-working space with a coffee shop in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. The space is popular with professionals looking for a place to work and relax, and the attention to detail and unique concept have made it a standout destination in the city. The My Third Place LA project is a testament to the skill and creativity of our team.
