On April 3, 2023, PowerTap, a leader in the development and production of hydrogen fueling stations, announced a letter of intent with Newport Realty Group for the development of a retail energy center. The center will provide hydrogen fueling stations for the growing number of fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs) on the road today, as well as for the many more expected in the coming years. Prosper Architects is excited to have been a part of designing this innovative and forward-thinking project.
This new partnership between PowerTap and Newport Realty Group is a step forward in addressing the demand for clean energy alternatives in the transportation sector. FCEVs produce zero emissions and offer a viable solution to the problem of air pollution, especially in heavily populated areas.
