Designing a new location for Coffee Commissary came with a unique challenge—its specialized kitchen requirements consumed a significant portion of the available space, making it difficult to strike a balance between back-of-house efficiency and a welcoming, open environment for patrons. The goal was to ensure a smooth operational flow while maintaining the inviting atmosphere that defines the Coffee Commissary brand.
Our team carefully analyzed the spatial constraints, working to maximize every square foot without compromising on functionality or aesthetics. While maintaining consistency with other Coffee Commissary locations, we tailored the design to optimize both kitchen efficiency and customer experience. Strategic layout adjustments and creative design solutions allowed us to enhance seating areas while preserving an intuitive workflow for staff.
The final result is a thoughtfully designed café that seamlessly blends form and function. The space remains true to Coffee Commissary’s brand identity while offering a warm, open setting for patrons to enjoy their coffee. The efficient kitchen layout ensures smooth operations, reinforcing the brand’s reputation for quality and creating an environment where customers can comfortably gather, work, and relax.
