When our team was entrusted with designing a 16,000 square foot VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Placentia, CA, we knew that meeting the VA’s detailed design guidelines and coordinating with multiple departments within the organization would be a significant challenge. In addition to the complex requirements for the clinic, the client had critical milestones to meet and a fast-tracked timeline to work with.
To meet these challenges, we leveraged our extensive experience in healthcare design and strong project management skills to efficiently navigate the VA’s design guidelines and coordinate with all relevant departments. We worked closely with the client to understand their needs and ensure that the final design met all necessary requirements while also being cohesive and up to building code standards.
The completed VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic is a state-of-the-art facility that meets the VA’s high standards for healthcare spaces and provides an exceptional experience for both patients and staff. Our team’s expertise in healthcare design and ability to effectively manage the project from start to finish have contributed to the success of the clinic.
