Volkswagen Covina faced a challenge—its interior layout was negatively impacting sales, with a cluttered design and a large decorative curved structure that lowered the ceiling height, creating a disorganized feel. As the dealership transitioned to a stronger focus on electric vehicles, an updated branding strategy needed to be seamlessly incorporated into the showroom redesign.
Our team quickly got to work, analyzing Volkswagen’s corporate branding guidelines to ensure alignment with the manufacturer’s vision. By removing the bulky curved structure, we opened up the ceiling to create a more spacious and inviting environment. The showroom layout was reconfigured to enhance vehicle visibility, improve customer flow, and showcase Volkswagen’s new electric models in a way that felt intuitive and engaging. Every detail of the redesign reinforced the dealership’s updated marketing strategy, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
The result was a bright, modern showroom that perfectly reflects Volkswagen’s evolving identity. With a more efficient layout and an improved visual presence, the redesigned space not only enhanced the customer experience but also supported a successful transition to an electric vehicle-focused sales strategy—ultimately contributing to increased sales and brand alignment.
